SHEQ 365 (Pty) Ltd. has developed a software application for the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) industries, providing a fully online, integrated management system managed through mobiles, computers, tablets, or smartphone applications.

SHEQ 365 comes pre-loaded with SHEQ document, inspection templates and toolbox talks.  These have been developed to assist companies big or small to ensure compliance.

Once an inspection form has been to a user, an email notification will be sent to the user on the day that the task is due for completion. If the task has not completed? Yes, escalation notifications can be sent.

If the task is recurrent, once the task has been signed-off, it will be automatically rescheduled in line with the task frequency that was defined when form was allocated.

SHEQ 365 allows your workers to access to your management system policies, procedures, or templates at all times, and from anywhere. Access may be via a laptop, tablet, or smart phone.  Document Management does more than save documents. It stores all historical versions of each document sequential. Set document review dates specific to each individual document, using timeframes that suit you. Establishing review dates will encourage you to proactively review.  Set expiry dates for all medicals, certificates or specific equipment test and the system could notify you well in advance to ensure compliance.
