Introducing Sheq 365
SHEQ 365 (Pty) Ltd. has developed a software application for the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) industries, providing a fully online, integrated management system managed through mobiles, computers, tablets, or smartphone applications.
Pre-loaded templates
SHEQ 365 comes pre-loaded with SHEQ document, inspection templates and toolbox talks. These have been developed to assist companies big or small to ensure compliance.
Push Notifications
Once an inspection form has been to a user, an email notification will be sent to the user on the day that the task is due for completion. If the task has not completed? Yes, escalation notifications can be sent.
If the task is recurrent, once the task has been signed-off, it will be automatically rescheduled in line with the task frequency that was defined when form was allocated.
Documentation
Make your business policies and procedures accessible to everyone, providing all workers with fast and easy access to your SHEQ or company documents. SHEQ 365 allows your workers to access to your management system policies, procedures, or templates at all times, and from anywhere. Access may be via a laptop, tablet, or smart phone. Document Management does more than save documents. It stores all historical versions of each document sequential. Set document review dates specific to each individual document, using timeframes that suit you. Establishing review dates will encourage you to proactively review. Set expiry dates for all medicals, certificates or specific equipment test and the system could notify you well in advance to ensure compliance.
Incident Management
Log, investigate, and analyse incidents, accidents, non-conformances, and near misses efficiently. Utilise the incident management system to identify root causes promptly, triggering immediate notifications to key stakeholders. Generate comprehensive reports with graphs in minutes.
Actions
Effortlessly create and assign actions, linking them to your checklist. Monitor uncompleted actions through reports to gauge employee performance. Set realistic target dates, attach files, and track progress on your dashboard seamlessly.
Monitor and Control
Use the dashboard to monitor the progress of your SHEQ program in real-time on any device. Control who has access to see what information, and which employees are responsible for completing which tasks. Let the system assist with auto email reminders and repeating tasks help you keep it all on track.
Review and Improve
Identify areas for improvement, shortfalls in your SHEQ program, with our reporting tool easily review analyse and improve your SHEQ program. See month-to-month trends or compare task completion performance between workplaces within your organisation.
Contractor Management
SHEQ 365 allows you to capture both the business and contact details associated with each individual contractor. Once a contractor has been entered into system, you can share the contractor details with other branches or link them to other projects and locations. The system allows you to do the following but limited:
- Approved’ and ‘Not Approved’ a Contractor.
- send contractor prequalification and/or engagement information.
- manage contractor files and audit them online.
- Track contractor compliance via a dashboard to see what inspections was done and what not.
- Raise non-conformances against the contractor.
Document Designer
Design and create documents collaboratively, circulating drafts for comments and revisions. Assign automatic numbering, revision details, and guide documents through an approval process until publication. Streamline document creation and approval for enhanced efficiency.
Auto reminders
Automate reminders for document expiration dates and operator checklists. Receive timely notifications three, two, and one month before expiration. Ensure compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly reminders for operators to complete relevant checklists and registers.
